Dutch Property Management has a staff with experience in all facets of property management including soliciting proposals, general maintenance, pool maintenance, accounting and bookkeeping, and administrative services. We will represent your association and attend all board and homeowner's meetings. Fully insured and registered with the Secretary of State of Vermont, we have close ties with local real estate and with the Mount Snow resort.  Dutch Property Management is a member of the Mount Snow Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Community Association Institute.
